Special Events

At Dining Services, we believe an exceptional dining experience goes further than the food we serve. Whenever possible, we try to offer learning opportunities, community-building events, and new culinary experiences for our guests.

Each semester, we present several special events in our dining centers. They can be customer appreciation nights like Shiki, an exploration of Japanese cuisine, or Curate, a night of mystery theater and fine dining. We also regularly offer our Chef Series, where our culinary staff serves and teaches guests about their favorite dishes. We also run several annual celebrations such as our week-long Chili Challenge or Thanksgiving dinner in D2, our all-you-care-to-eat dining center at Dietrick Hall.
