The Creative Studio is proud to announce the launch of the “NEW” Dining Services Creative Studio Self-Serve Marketing Page!

This page houses all Wrike Marketing Requests, which are now broken down by project type, project size, and function. You are now able to directly access your facilities’ / shops’ templates for 72 Hour / Emergency Signage and much more!

Wrike Notice

The current Wrike system will be archived and removed from usage starting 11.07.2022.

Starting 11.07.2022 we will begin phasing in each unit into the new Wrike system.

All current tasks in Wrike will be null and void after 11.07.2022. You and your team will be responsible for entering all new Wrike requests using the new system during your launch window. 

Every task for Spring 2023 onward will need to be reentered using the new process and following the new Creative Studio disclaimer policy.

Wrike is not to be utilized for audit materials. EX: Labels, Upgrades, Replacements, etc. These requests should be held onto until after the completion of your scheduled audit by the Creative Studio and entered under ONE request.

The Creative Studio reserves the right to reject any request that does not follow the new guidelines. (REQUIRED READING)

Background

The new Creative Studio workflow was created in response to problem areas that had been neglected for far too long. The new process will get everyone on an advanced 6-month Marketing Assets cycle. Meaning, we will have all content designed and ready for final distribution a semester prior to the need by date. This new cycle will allow the Creative Studio to effectively launch all new materials within the same industry standard of 14-18 business days prior to events and product launches. 

This will not only allow for better planning, but better collaboration between the Creative Studio and each unit. This new process is set in place to bring accountability, responsiveness, and predictability on how units can communicate their needs / ideas and get guaranteed marketing coverage.

EX: Chili Challenge campaign will be designed and completed in Spring 2023. Final touches and details for the event’s assets will be scheduled for completion 21-28 days prior to the event. Final assets will be delivered a minimum of 14 business days (~2.5 weeks) prior to the event. 

Do not be concerned over having final pricing prior to requesting your marketing assets. We understand that pricing is not always available in your initial planning, and we have built a buffer into the production timeline to finalize pricing and details within the new workflow timeframe (pricing and final details added during 21-28 day completion window).

During your scheduled entry days, please complete ALL requests for Spring 2023.

Fall 2023 requests will be due in March 2023, and we will provide you scheduled entry days closer to that time. 

If you experience any issues, have questions, or have needs not covered by the new request system, please reach out directly to the Creative Studio for solutions and help via email. The creative studio is available for zoom trainings upon request if anyone needs assistance with the new workflow.

Dining Hours Policy and System Update

The dining hours portal application has been completely rewritten by our developers and is still undergoing minor updates over the next few weeks.

Starting 11.07.2022 Dining Hours updates will no longer be completed by the Creative Studio. It is up to the individual units to update their day-to-day changes and announcements. 

Tutorials on how to use the system are provided on the new Creative Studio Self-Serve page.

WARNING: If you do not understand the full functionality and how the hours application works, the Creative Studio can provide a zoom session for those who are interested in learning more. Schedules in the hour’s application are an advanced option. Prior to making any edits to reoccurring schedules please consult with the Creative Studio on how to navigate the system’s limitations and possible workarounds.
