West End Market at Cochrane Hall
West End Market, was the first true marketplace-style dining operation on a university campus in the United States. It opened in 1999, replacing Cochrane Dining Hall, which was constructed in 1982. A renovation in 2011 added a seating annex as well a increased kitchen and storage capacity. West End Market is known on campus for having a great selection of plant-forward options including vegan cookies and Leaf and Ladle's Braised Tempeh Bowl. It features made-to- order items prepared before the customers and offers specialties such as London broil, lobster, and steak on a daily basis.

Here you will find gourmet pizzas cooked fresh in our brick oven, delicious pasta, and Caesar or grilled-chicken salads.
This shop offers smoothies, fresh juices, specialty drinks, breads, pastries, crème brûlée and other delicious desserts.
Leaf & Ladle
At Leaf & Ladle you will find made-to-order Greek, fruit, spinach, Southwest chicken, spicy Asian noodle, and chef salads. Try our homemade soups and chili, or the quiche of the day.
Here you will find a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, made with quality natural meats, cheeses and gourmet breads, along with delicious international wraps.
The Fighting Gobbler Sports Lounge
You can enjoy signature hamburgers, wings, and fries while watching your favorite team on our big-screen projection TVs.
Many different cuts of steak are prepared to order, along with London broil, the catch of the day, and lobster tails. You can also enjoy sides such as rolls, cornbread, steamed fresh seasonal vegetables, grilled asparagus, and homemade garlic mashed potatoes.
Grab & Gobble
This kiosk offers grab-and-go selections, known across campus as Grab & Gobble, featuring hot and cold items for all meals of the day. The kiosk also includes a wide selection of desserts including vegan chocolate cake, cookies, and assorted cheesecakes.
Grab & Gobble Pick-Up
West End Market presents our own line of Grab & Gobble offerings, available on Grubhub Campus Dining and at the West End Market Kiosk. These items are made fresh in our kitchen and feature favorites like pancakes during brunch and quesadillas on weekdays.
