Dietrick is a two-level dining center that houses the only all-you-care-to-eat facility on campus. Deet's Place, Xpress Lane Market, Futurebites, DX, and Allee are offered on the first floor. D2 is on the second floor and features a wide range of global cuisines as all-you-care-to-eat (no to-go options available).

A curated selection of thoughtfully-sourced products including niche finds, allergen-friendly picks, and vegan options that don’t compromise on quality or taste.

Other offerings are located around the dining center like regular and chocolate milk from Virginia Tech's dairy cows at Kentland Farm, coffee, tea, and fountain drinks, plus a soft serve ice cream machine with chocolate, vanilla, or swirl flavors.

  • East Side Deli has a build-your-own sandwich bar offering white or wheat bread, fresh cut vegetables, meats, and cheeses.
  • Eden’s (East Side) is a full self-service yogurt bar with a variety of different yogurt, fruits, and toppings to choose from.
  • Eden’s (West Side) is a full self-service salad bar offering a variety of fresh greens, vegetables, toppings and dressings. Also offers a daily chili and a soup of the day.
  • Gauchos serves southern comfort food featuring everything from meatloaf and fried chicken to mac and cheese and collard greens. Another line offers hamburgers sliders, grilled hotdogs, French fries, and crispy chicken tenders.
  • Gauchos Gluten-Free offers a variety of gluten-friendly breakfast items, entrees, pastas, sides, and baked goods.
  • La Patisserie features classic desserts like brownies, cookies, cobblers, pudding, and rotating options for cake like carrot or German chocolate.
  • Mangia is a pizza and pasta shop that specializes in handcrafted pizzas, fan-favorite cheese sticks, and daily rotating pasta and sauce options.
  • Olives specializes in a variety of plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian food items from marsala gnocchi to plant-based burgers. The opposite side of the shop offers a build-your-own wrap bar with tortilla wraps, fresh veggies, hummus, olive salad, tabbouleh salad, and more.
  • Pan Asia specializes in hearty rice bowls based around authentic Korean, Indian, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine that rotates weekly.
  • Salsa’s has a full self-service nacho chip bar that offers a variety of proteins, rice, queso, and other cold toppings like fresh pico de gallo and guacamole.

A specialized coffee shop that roasts their own coffee beans in house, featuring many different handcrafted coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes. Other offerings include hand-scooped ice cream and milkshakes, fresh sandwiches, pastries, and desserts.
